Lavender:

Sandalwood:
Sandalwood can help you sleep by reducing anxiety and insomnia. Sandalwood is a great oil for a bedtime routine, as it lifts mood, calms the mind and brings mental clarity to combat racing thoughts. It can also eliminate other issues preventing sleep, such as headaches and migraines whilst acting as a mild sedative.
Lemon Balm:
Lemon balm is known to lower blood pressure and reduce depression and calm anxiety. It is a wonderful all round healing herb, both physically and emotionally. Other spiritual properties include: Healing, calm, sleep, love and purification.
