X1 herbal bath soak with Epsom salt, lavender essential oil, calendula, rose petals and lavender flowers. Designed to be used after baby is here. Baby's skin is sensitive, so please don't bathe with them.
* Please select whether you would like the herbs mixed into your bath soak, or whether you would prefer them in a bath tea bag. Herbs mixed into salts look aesthetically pleasing, but if you don't like the cleaning up, we would recommend the bath tea bag *

They're Here! Postpartum Bath Soak: Healing, Self-Love and Sleep
Bath Soak: If you have had a C-Section, please allow for 2 weeks after your dressing has been removed to have a bath.
Epsom salt, lavender essential oil, caldenula (marigold) and rose petals and lavender flowers.
Calendula:
The herb was mostly used for magickal purposes. The spiritual properties of calendula include love, happiness, healing and protection. It is also thought that sprinkling calendula petals under your bed will help with sleep. Calendula is known to be a healing antiseptic that can be used in baths. Some studies suggest that the use of calendula can significantly reduce pain after an episiotomy or perineal tear, can aid the healing of C-section wounds and reduce redness and swelling.
Rose:
Roses have a long history in folklore and are well known as the love herb. Physically, rose helps to stimulate blood flow as the petals are an astringent, i.e helps skin cells to contract so can be used to staunch bleeding from cuts and wounds, and there is some evidence to suggest that this can help to reduce bleeding at birth. Rose can also be seen a protective herb due it’s thorny nature.
